No Refunds
All purchases are final. Due to the nature of digital software, Selenite does not offer refunds under any circumstances once a license has been issued.

No Ban Guarantee
While Selenite is actively maintained to remain undetected and minimize the risk of in-game bans, no 100% guarantee can be provided. Use of any mod menu carries inherent risk.

Ban Liability
Selenite and its developers are not responsible for any in-game bans, account suspensions, or penalties resulting from the use of this software.

Report Bans Promptly
If you receive an in-game ban while using Selenite, please contact us immediately via the Selenite Discord server. Describe what occurred so we can act quickly to investigate and patch any potential detection vector.

No Account Replacement
Selenite cannot and will not supply a replacement account if your account is banned. You are solely responsible for the account used with the software.

One License Per User
Each purchase grants a single-user license. Sharing, reselling, or distributing your license or loader to others is strictly prohibited and may result in revocation without refund.

Software Updates
Selenite is updated on a best-effort basis. While updates are included with your purchase, we do not guarantee a specific update timeline or that the software will remain functional following game patches outside of our control.

Selenite is intended for personal use only. Using the software to harass, grief, or harm other players in a targeted manner is prohibited. We reserve the right to revoke access for misuse.
