Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Software or your license key
• Share your license key with others or use it on multiple accounts simultaneously
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software
• Use the Software to harass, harm, or negatively impact other players' experiences
• Use the Software in any commercial context without prior written consent

4. Purchases & Refund Policy

All purchases made through Selenite Cheats are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, game updates that affect functionality, account bans, or dissatisfaction with the product.

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed against legitimate purchases may result in immediate and permanent license termination.

5. Updates & Availability

Selenite Cheats reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Software at any time without notice. While we make every reasonable effort to keep the Software functional following game updates, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility. Downtime during update periods does not entitle users to refunds or compensation.

6. Detection & Account Risk

While Selenite Cheats takes reasonable measures to minimize detectability, we cannot guarantee that the Software will remain undetected at all times. Game developers may update their anti-cheat systems without notice. You accept full responsibility for any account penalties, bans, or suspensions resulting from use of the Software. Selenite Cheats is not liable for any such consequences.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Software to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
• Disrupt or ruin gameplay for others in an intentionally harmful way
• Exploit or expose security vulnerabilities in Gorilla Tag or its infrastructure
• Collect or harvest other users' personal data
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law

Violation of these terms may result in immediate license revocation without refund.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Selenite Cheats does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Selenite Cheats and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Software.

10. Termination

Selenite Cheats reserves the right to terminate or suspend your license at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Software immediately ceases. No refund will be issued upon termination for cause.
